The scores obtained in 2021 were 97% in the social area and 98% in the environmental area.

The Initiative for Compliance and Sustainability (ICS) is a global sectoral initiative comprising 70 multinational retailers and brands across textiles, footwear, electronics, and furniture. Established in 1998, ICS aims to enhance working conditions and promote environmental sustainability throughout its members’ supply chains.

ICS members collaborate by sharing tools and methodologies to conduct social and environmental audits, reducing audit fatigue for suppliers. They utilize a shared database to exchange audit results and corrective action plans, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement in supply chain compliance.

Guided by International Labour Organization conventions and human rights principles, ICS mandates third-party accredited audits to assess working conditions. Post-audit, members work with factories to implement corrective actions, fostering sustainable compliance and responsible sourcing practices across global supply networks
